Tickets FAQs

Who needs a ticket?

Every visitor needs a ticket. Children under three do not require a ticket. We recommend all children under 18 attend with an adult. And sorry, no refunds or exchanges.

Will the event sell out?

Yes, most sessions are likely to sell out and we strongly advise you to purchase online in advance.

Can I just show up at the entrance of the show with my print off ticket voucher?

Yes, the unique bar code on your print at home, or mailed ticket will be scanned upon entrance.

I purchased tickets but not received them yet?

If you did not receive your confirmation email, you can call 888.512.SHOW or you can use your confirmation number to pick up your tickets at the onsite Box Office.

Can I swap my ticket for another session?

The ticket you purchase is valid only for the session and time you purchase it for.

I do not own a printer, how do I get my tickets if I purchased online?

Tickets purchased online should be printed out and brought with you to the event. If you are unable to print out your eTicket before the event, please bring your order number and photo ID to the on-site box office located at the entrance of the venue. My name is on my confirmation, but I will not be the one attending the event. How do I change the name on the confirmation?

The name on the confirmation only refers to the individual that purchased the ticket. As long as the order is valid entry will be fine.

My ticket says I’ll need to bring a photo ID of the ticket purchaser and credit card used to purchase the tickets, what if I don’t have those?

These cards are not required. A photo ID and/or credit card make it easier to verify an order in our database. However, if you received the tickets as a gift and do not have these forms of identification, we will still be able to verify your tickets.

What do I do if I did not receive the email confirming my order?

Your confirmation and account information will be emailed to you from Frontgate. Please check your SPAM or Junk Folder for the email(s) if you do not see them in your Inbox.

I am experiencing problems as the web page doesn’t load. How can I get tickets?

If you are using Internet Explorer you must have version 8 or higher. Mozilla Firefox, Safari, and Google Chrome are other browsers that support the Frontgate webpage.

Can I get a refund on an unused ticket?

Unfortunately, all purchases are final and refunds are not offered. In the unlikely event a show is cancelled the show promoters will make every effort to reschedule the event within the next 12 months. At that time, if a purchaser cannot or does not wish to attend the rescheduled event, the full ticket price (excluding ticketing fees) will be refunded to the customer upon their request.
